**Programme Details**

The 2-year graduate sales trading programme offers multiple openings across London, Gibraltar, Las Palmas, and Copenhagen in partnership with the Danish Shipping Academy.

Graduates will learn the basics of working at Peninsula and bunkering before rotating through risk management, physical supply, claims, and sales trading, gaining valuable experience.

Additionally, there may be the opportunity to complete up to 3 x 6-week placements across other commercial locations worldwide, enhancing understanding of Peninsula's operations within the broader industry context.

**Core Responsibilities**

  • Maintain a portfolio of new and existing customers, fostering relationships to increase sales and service offerings.
  • Cultivate open communication with traders to facilitate seamless market and customer intelligence exchange, supporting international colleagues in processing inbound enquiries.
  • Analyse market conditions, identify counterparty needs, provide product information, negotiate deals, and manage sales process-related tasks.
  • Leverage the Group's global network to develop and expand the Company's business portfolio, maximising sales opportunities.
