About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team at AI Energy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and transforming how solar power is planned and delivered worldwide.

Our in-house AI-driven product, SolarPlanner, automates solar design for businesses and communities, enabling them to adopt clean energy faster, more efficiently, and with optimal results.

You will focus on end-to-end sales management, including prospecting new leads, nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and planning long-term sales strategy.

In addition, you will cultivate strong B2B relationships with medium- to enterprise-level clients, particularly in the DACH region or Denmark, and develop strategic market development plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Prospect new leads and opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts

  • Proven track record of sales success and experience in the renewable energy industry
  • Strong business development and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
