We are excited about our recent merger with Piwik PRO, a privacy-friendly analytics platform. With over 10,000 customers and an annual growth rate of 50% since 2018, we have expanded to 230 employees worldwide, with offices in Denmark and Poland.
Our CMP division has experienced unprecedented growth in clients and revenue. We are looking forward to exciting developments from our partnership with Google, plans to enter new markets, and significant changes to our pricing model. As concerns around privacy continue to grow, marketers seek compliance and adopt Consent Mode to build trust with their visitors.
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to support our mission of elevating our Consent Management Platform from a leading solution in Scandinavia to a recognized global player.
You will collaborate closely with your team, handle inbound leads, and drive outbound initiatives for market expansion, research, and partnership growth. Your focus will be on optimizing our semi-automated trialist flow to maximize conversion rates.
To succeed in this role, you must significantly influence the growth of our subscription revenue.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads through calls with prospects.
- Help trialists convert to paid subscriptions by providing personalized support.
- Conduct targeted outbound initiatives for market expansion, partnership development, or research.
- Contribute to enhancing our trial flow to boost conversion rates, reduce time-to-revenue, and minimize manual intervention.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations teams.
- You will manage a Sales Development Representative who will support your work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or tech.
- A proven track record of growing revenue and acquiring new customers through both inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
- Proficiency in streamlining and optimizing sales processes.
- Experience working in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Bonus: Native proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
