We empower patients by centralizing their health data, enabling them to participate in clinical trials, and driving recruitment themselves. Our platform optimizes trial design and execution, helping pharmaceutical companies and researchers bring new treatments to market faster.

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Marketing Team Lead to drive our marketing efforts at TrialSync. In this role, you will be the sole architect of our marketing strategy, working independently to execute B2B marketing campaigns, forge partnerships, and attract users to our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors and possess the ability to manage all aspects of marketing without relying on additional team members. This job is a unique opportunity to independently lead our marketing efforts, make a meaningful impact on patient lives, and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies targeting pharmaceutical companies and CROs.
  2. Independently drive lead generation and build a robust pipeline of potential sponsors and investigators.
  3. Establish and nurture partnerships with clinical research sites, emphasizing the value of TrialSync's platform.
  4. Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  5. Report on marketing metrics, providing insights to the leadership team on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical trial sectors.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial processes.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
