About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Director to lead our external relations and brand development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy that showcases our brand and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of communications professionals to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Craft and manage compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and other key partners to enhance our brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and communications metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
  • Ability to work strategically and with execution, with a commercial mindset and focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience in working closely with senior management and guiding marketing and communications efforts at a strategic level.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
