Innovation and Growth Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an Innovation and Growth Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. This is a key role that will play a critical part in translating our innovation pipeline into commercial reality.
The successful candidate will lead the commercialization of our innovation pipeline, working closely with the European Innovation, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all innovation has clear consumer and customer needs, and that we execute launches with excellence.
You will also partner with Marketing to ensure clear review and course correction where needed for all Northern Europe launches, and support the development of the innovation strategy with the Northern Europe Leadership Team.
About You- 10+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or other business functions with a consistent track record in business delivery
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work with ambiguity and at pace with multiple projects
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture genuine relationships based on mutual trust and respect
- Successful management of senior team members at all levels, contributing to strong and positive outcomes
- A history of working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, social, and with external agencies
- Experienced in working across multiple markets/countries
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
