Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Cookie Information. As a key player in our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Based in Copenhagen or Wroclaw, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from any country in the EU/UK. Our company culture is vibrant and inclusive, with regular events, Friday bars, and a global team of talented professionals.
In this exciting opportunity, you will:
- Lead qualification calls with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
- Drive outbound initiatives for market expansion, research, and partnership growth.
- Optimize our semi-automated trialist flow to maximize conversion rates.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of growing revenue and acquiring new customers through inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
Key requirements include:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or tech industry.
- A proven ability to streamline and optimize sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Bonus: Native Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian language skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Health insurance, pension scheme, and leave policies are also part of our benefits package.
