Growth Account Manager Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Growth Account Manager to join our Sales team at Eficode. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Pursue and land qualified leads, with a focus on hunting for new opportunities from internal sources.
- Actively pursue expansion opportunities across the full portfolio, with a focus on shifting account mix and account growth.
- Proactively account plan and implement account strategy, including resource orchestration and stakeholder engagement.
- Post-high school degree in sales or IT sales.
- Minimum 5 years of similar B2B sales experience, preferably from the software industry and/or IT consulting services.
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong command of Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
