Sales and Marketing Expertise Developer

Kvadrant Consulting is seeking a Sales and Marketing Expertise Developer to join our team of passionate consultants.
As a Sales and Marketing Expertise Developer, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement in their sales and marketing functions and develop tailored solutions to address these gaps.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of our clients' sales and marketing functions.
- Developing and presenting recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with our clients to implement change initiatives and drive business outcomes.
Kvadrant Consulting was founded in 2017 by a team of passionate, skilled, and specialized management consultants.
We focus exclusively on helping B2B companies grow smarter by supporting sales & marketing leaders to drive the change.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in a consulting or industry setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
