Solar Planning Business Growth Leader

We're an innovative startup harnessing the power of AI to accelerate the global adoption of clean energy. Our flagship product, SolarPlanner, automates solar design for businesses and communities, enabling them to transition to renewable solutions faster and more efficiently.
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our presence in key markets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our AI energy experts to develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with medium- to enterprise-level clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Expansion: Identify emerging trends and expand our presence in strategic markets, aligning our initiatives with AI Energy's broader vision.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing teams.
- Renewable Energy Sector Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, specifically solar planning and AI-powered solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
