">We are looking for an experienced European Business Growth Director to lead our commercial efforts in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through the development and execution of commercial strategies.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on commercial improvement initiatives and business outcomes.">
Requirements

- Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.">
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or regional setting, preferably in a multinational company.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes.">
- Proven track record of driving commercial performance and achieving business goals in cross-functional teams.">
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.">
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.">
