Sales Representative with German Language Expertise

Job OverviewThis part-time working student position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales while studying.
You'll work approximately 20 hours per week, ideally two full working days, with the remaining hours distributed across the other three days.
Responsibilities- Outbound prospecting: identify and engage with prospects by phone, email or on LinkedIn
- Build a robust pipeline for assigned Account Executives
- Successfully explain Dixa's value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
- Go-getter: self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets
- Curious: lifelong learner with a desire to understand pain points and solve problems
- Process-oriented: able to make plans and stick to them to achieve goals
Competitive salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per year
