We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our mission-oriented team. If you have a strong command of German and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospects through phone, email, or LinkedIn.
  • You will build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive.
  • You will effectively communicate the value proposition of Dixa to set up meetings with qualified prospects.
  • You will handle objections from potential customers and establish relationships to gain referrals and expand the customer base.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent command of German (spoken and written).
  • Go-getter mentality: self-starter who is focused on exceeding targets.
  • Curious: lifelong learner with a desire to understand pain points and solve problems.
  • Process-oriented: able to make a plan and stick to it.
