Ambitious German Speaking Sales Team Manager for Enterprise Solutions

At SalesHub IVS, we're revolutionising the sales landscape. We're seeking an ambitious and driven sales team leader to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
About the RoleWe're looking for a charismatic and results-driven sales leader who can drive growth in the German-speaking market. As the leader of our German sales team, you'll play a central role in expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with customers and partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively reaching out to potential customers and creatively engaging with them.
- Building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships, showcasing your ambassadorial skills.
- Cocaching and developing the sales team – setting best practices in all sales-related processes.
- Providing clear sales structure to the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- At least 3 years of proven sales records and managerial experience, ideally in an international setting.
- A passion for teamwork and a track record of creating success through collaboration and sales training.
- Results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven CRM 'ninja' – Knows how to build a sales pipeline and get contracts signed.
