Emerson Process Management A/S is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to own the sales and business development initiatives in the designated region. The successful candidate will develop and deploy strategies to handle ongoing activities performed by the designated sales team, ensuring regular sales management reviews involving the country sales team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in developing successful relationships internally and cross-functionally within a matrix organization. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and industry proficiency are required.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the business for SYSS within the country, including collaboration and reporting status and performance to the Nordics SYSS Sales Director. You will also work closely with other Country Sales Managers and functional sales managers to increase the business potential for Emerson.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying applicable and relevant strategies;
  • Directly responsible for developing the business for SYSS within the country;
  • Collaborating with other Country Sales Managers and functional sales managers;
  • Sales activity planning;
  • Orders forecasting;
  • Developing quantitative and qualitative business and performance targets;
