Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

DanChurchAid, a leading humanitarian organization, is seeking an experienced professional to join its Global Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring funding for the organization's programs and projects in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing concepts, coordinating proposal development, and reporting processes with multiple stakeholders. Strong background in quality assurance and international project management, preferably from nexus and/or humanitarian settings, is essential.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues in program, humanitarian, and mine action units, as well as with country offices, to ensure sustainable funding for DCA's programs and projects.
Your main tasks will include:
- Obtaining and sharing knowledge on donor policies and priorities
- Developing concepts relevant to donor criteria in liaison with DCA stakeholders and partners
- Establishing relations with donors and facilitating overall networking in HQ and at country offices
- Coordinating and quality-assuring project design and proposal writing processes
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong diplomatic skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build relations both within and outside DCA.
