French Speaking Growth and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced French speaking professional to join our team as a Growth and Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our hotel umbrella services globally.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining direct customer relationships, managing inbound leads, and facilitating online demonstrations of our product.
You will work closely with our Head of Sales to execute our growth strategy, leveraging your experience to plan and implement initiatives that drive opportunities through the sales funnel.
We offer a competitive salary of **45,000-60,000 DKK** (approximately $6,500-$9,000 USD), depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Aarhus.
About the Role- Developing and maintaining direct customer relationships including senior stakeholders.
- Managing a significant portion of French inbound leads, facilitating online demonstrations of our product and unique selling points.
- Handling the end-to-end process from contact to contract for inbound leads across various markets and cultures.
- Collaborating daily with our Head of Sales to execute our growth strategy, leveraging your experience to plan and implement initiatives.
- Assisting with maintaining and operating the CRM system and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with our Marketing, Customer Success and Production team on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities and movement through the sales funnel.
- Master the French language, both spoken and written.
- Dream of working and performing in an ambitious and friendly small scale up team whilst also performing independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of different personality types.
- You're keen to learn about the technology and our product.
- A desire to grow both personally and professionally within our organisation.
