French Speaking Growth & Operations Assistant

At Dripdrop, we're looking for an exceptional individual to support our growth strategy and operations. As our French-speaking Growth & Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts and supporting operational tasks.

We are a renowned global provider of hotel umbrella services, catering to major brands such as Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Scandic, and more. Our goal is to establish Dripdrop as a standard offering in hotels worldwide.

This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international tech startup where you'll engage in a wide array of tasks and challenges. Our team consists of talented individuals from Denmark, Sweden, Brazil, the US, Romania, Italy, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.

You will be the face and voice of our brand in various day-to-day situations, playing a central role in shaping how we interact with customers as we grow into a large and globally impactful company in the coming years.

We offer a competitive salary of around €45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain direct customer relationships including senior stakeholders.
  2. Manage a significant portion of French inbound leads, facilitating online demonstrations of our product and unique selling points.
  3. Handle the end-to-end process from contact to contract for inbound leads across various markets and cultures.
  4. Collaborate daily with our Head of Sales to execute our growth strategy, leveraging your experience to plan and implement initiatives.
  5. Assist with maintaining and operating the CRM system and other administrative tasks.
  6. Collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Production team on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities and movement through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
  • Master the French language, both spoken and written.
  • Dream of working and performing in an ambitious and friendly small-scale up team whilst also performing independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of different personality types.
  • You're keen to learn about the technology and our product.
  • A desire to grow both personally and professionally within our organization.
