Job Opportunity: RPO Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RPO Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Kelly Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Screen and review candidate application materials.
  • Present selected CVs to hiring managers.
  • Support travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Manage recruitment processes primarily for UK and Nordics markets but also other EMEA countries.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support.
  • A service-oriented mindset and a proven track record of dealing effectively with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident yet friendly demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluent in Arabic, Danish, German, or Italian.
