RPO Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RPO Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Kelly Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate the recruitment process.
- Screen and review candidate application materials.
- Present selected CVs to hiring managers.
- Support travel arrangements for candidates.
- Manage recruitment processes primarily for UK and Nordics markets but also other EMEA countries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support.
- A service-oriented mindset and a proven track record of dealing effectively with customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident yet friendly demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluent in Arabic, Danish, German, or Italian.
