We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at LEGO City. As a key member of our Global Product & Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the portfolio and marketing strategy for our beloved franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Lead and Creative Lead to develop a robust marketing strategy that drives performance and regional dialogues.
  • Supervise and analyze business performance of the franchise against industry and competitors, providing actionable insights to the Lead Team.
  • Lead the sell-in process using market feedback and insights to drive portfolio success.
  • Be the champion of Shopper thinking within the franchise, ensuring that all marketing efforts have a strong shopper lens.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Communications within an international environment.
  • Passionate about understanding consumers and creating meaningful product and brand experiences for kids.
  • Ability to build relationships and make an impact across various regions and cultures.
  • Excellent data analytics and data storytelling skills, with a strong motivation for translating numbers into action.
  • Business-related digital literacy and experienced Excel user.
