The Opportunity

We're scaling our Nordic sales team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to help us grow our customer base and revenue in the region. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for introducing Superb to hospitality businesses, overseeing the sales cycle, and achieving monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build relationships with hospitality businesses in the Nordics
  • Develop and execute a consultative sales approach to close deals
  • Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market
  • Leverage our CRM, Hubspot, to manage all sales activities
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
  • Fluent Danish and comfortable with English as our business language
  • Ability to travel around for customer meetings
  • High energy and great with building relationships
  • Collaborative team player mentality
