Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through multiple channels, providing empathetic and effective responses to inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
  • Voice of the Customer: Champion the customer's voice by gathering and communicating feedback to inform product development and improvement.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Implement AI-driven tools and technologies to streamline support tasks, aiming for faster and more effective resolutions.
  • Multi-Channel Support Management: Oversee a cohesive customer support strategy across various platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Knowledge Base and FAQ Enrichment: Regularly update our knowledge base to ensure accurate and comprehensive self-help tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Inform and influence product development, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to ensure a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Direct Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage with customers across multiple channels, providing empathetic and effective responses.
  • Advanced Technical Proficiency and Tool Use: Experience with customer support platforms, feedback management, and agile collaboration tools.
  • Qualifications:
    • A relevant diploma or associate degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on digital or tech products.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using customer support technologies, including CRM platforms and feedback management.
    • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience with collaboration tools.
    • Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken).
    • Web3 / Blockchain experience is a plus.
