Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP Danmark. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software as a service (SaaS) models.
