About the Job:

We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team, working closely with our enterprise customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

You'll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology, working with a range of products including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT and many more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers to drive customer success and growth.
