At Climatetechlist, we are shaping the future of renewable energy solutions and seeking an experienced Product Manager Distribution to join our team.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our product development strategy in the Nordics and EMEA regions, collaborating with HQ in China and other offices across Europe.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech consulting of customers and colleagues in Account Management
  • Point of contact for technical questions during quotation preparation and 1st level customer support
  • Communication between HQ and EMEA Offices on product development, technical improvement, and product changes
  • Evaluation of certification requirements and supervision of test- and certification processes
  • Technical documentation management
  • Customer visits across Nordics/EMEA region
  • Benchmarking of products against competition and monitoring market development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Passion, desire, and motivation to succeed
  • Language requirements: English and local language at C1 level
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • Attention to details and ability to connect them to the big picture
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus
