Sales and Operations Execution Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Global Sales and Operations Execution Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain and Planning department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless deliveries of our affiliates.
As a Senior Global Sales and Operations Execution Partner, you will be responsible for identifying major supply and demand imbalances within a 6-month horizon, leveraging your End to End Supply Chain and systems knowledge. You will lead resolutions across the Global S&OE platform partner, Global Planning, and Supply Chain Commercial organization.
You will collaborate with the S&OE Process Manager and partners to design the future of the Global S&OE process, ensuring it serves its purpose in collaboration with global and commercial supply chain functions. You will drive the S&OE maturity roadmap for tools, reporting, and KPIs to enable proactive identification and resolution of supply gaps and business opportunities.
You will lead ad-hoc supply chain task forces to establish scenario planning, considering various unknown parameters (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Regulatory constraints, etc.) with our S&OE partners to enable leadership decision-making.
