Digital Sales Executive Leader

We're looking for innovative thinkers to join our team as Digital Sales Executive Leaders. In this role, you'll be responsible for sales and customer relationships, including ensuring timely contract renewals and license management for assigned territories.
The Digital Sales Executive Leader will work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and proactive risk management. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets through strong execution and willingness to continuously improve skills.
- Account Planning: Prepare account plans, deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Own the sales process from understanding customer needs to delivering results within a matrix organization.
- Pipeline Building: Continuously build pipeline and generate demand to achieve 4x pipeline coverage.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, renewals, sales, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confidently interact with senior leaders and customers.
- Collaborative Mindset: Build effective relationships within the company and with customers/partners.
Additional Requirements:
- Data Manipulation: Complex data manipulation using Excel and other BI tools.
- Knowledge of IFS.com or Comparative Technologies: ERP, EAM, and/or FSM.
- Contract Reading Comprehension: Strong comprehension of common law.
- Diagnostic Thinking: Operational discipline and attention to detail.
