**Senior Sales Professional Wanted:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Nordics team at Staffbase. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets through the creation and execution of outbound strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute outbound strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Staffbase, promoting our values and vision
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Manage complex sales cycles and leverage necessary resources to achieve success

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales producing and exceeding targets, preferably within web technology, collaboration, or innovative online product environments
  • Experience working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to truly listen to and understand your prospects
  • Superior communication and closing skills
  • Business fluent English skills (C1+), Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills a plus
