**Senior Sales Professional Wanted:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Nordics team at Staffbase. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets through the creation and execution of outbound strategies.

We are a high-performing team of sales professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. Our team is passionate about building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute outbound strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for Staffbase, promoting our values and vision
- Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Manage complex sales cycles and leverage necessary resources to achieve success
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales producing and exceeding targets, preferably within web technology, collaboration, or innovative online product environments
- Experience working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to truly listen to and understand your prospects
- Superior communication and closing skills
- Business fluent English skills (C1+), Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills a plus
