About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our Cloud Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our technical account management efforts for our largest customers in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and present operational reviews to customer leadership
  • Lead technical teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of cloud services
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical account management or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in direct customer engagement, with a focus on support to senior executives
  • Fluent in Danish language
  • Estimated 25% travel requirement
