We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Silverfin Data Processor Addendum, incorporated in the role of building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-market accounting firms in Denmark.

Silverfin is a cloud-first solution that enables accountants to streamline significant parts of their workload and spend more time on value-adding activities. Our innovative approach solves a very real problem: it automates a large chunk of the repetitive tasks that people working in financial services spend their time on and improves communication with their customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales roles within the professional services and/or technology space, with experience in selling SaaS solutions and building relationships with C-suite and decision-makers. A strong commercial outlook, excellent networker, and consultative approach to business development are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to articulate the value proposition of our solution effectively, understand and explain the technical aspects of the product to non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in a cross-border team environment. Fluency in Danish and English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Closing new business with mid-market accounting firms in Denmark
  • Preparing and running workshops with senior prospective clients on C-level/Partner-level
  • Developing and presenting business cases for business and IT stakeholders
  • Maintaining a comprehensive sales pipeline, constantly refreshing to qualify and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborating with the direct team to execute and improve the sales strategy
  • Executing while using existing sales strategies and continuously striving to improve sales approaches
  • Forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to shifts in the market
  • Serving as a business representative at industry events and conferences
  • Staying on top of industry trends and understanding the (competitive) landscape

Estimated Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including growth opportunities, individual training allowance, fair compensation package, lots of flexibility, and great additional benefits.
