Sales Job Description

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through outbound emails, sales calls, and networking.
  • Work with your own portfolio of accounts and take full responsibility for your sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
  • Help educate potential clients on the value that Qarma offers by addressing, clarifying, and re-assessing customer pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and keep self-educated on our platform and market trends.
  • Be the face of the company when visiting relevant conferences and trade shows.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas as well as align on go-to-market initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales/customer success/account management, preferably with a track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets.
  • A proven ability to develop new connections and find new ways to explore avenues of sales opportunities.
  • Confident presentation skills and a hunger to learn and improve continuously.
  • You hold yourself accountable and are comfortable with taking feedback and actioning it.
  • You're a team player, happy to work cross-functionally and be an integrated part of Qarma.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
