Senior Sales Director France

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our EMEA Global Accounts team in France.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through landing and expanding high-value customers in France.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive ARR growth by identifying, developing, and executing strategic sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects through direct and teamed prospecting efforts.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery while implementing agreed-upon account plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage expertise to develop compelling value propositions focused on delivering ROI for clients.
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically in high-value logo acquisition and expansion.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify client pain points.
- Executive presence, excellent verbal and written French & English communication skills.
- Experience working in methodological, value-driven sales environments, preferably using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of video SAAS and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with the UK and European markets.
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
