About the Job:We are seeking an Administrative Director to join our Global Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel planning and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:- Presentation, minutes of meetings, and general correspondence
- Hosting of VIP guests
- Internal and external communication in English
- Occasional preparation of reports and PowerPoint presentations for Executive Management
- Cross-functional project coordination and administrative tasks within the CSO functional area
- BA degree in a relevant field of study, such as languages, business administration, or similar
- Experience from a similar position in an international company (C-level experience)
- Background in administration, documentation, or finance
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and SAP
- Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Service-minded attitude and versatility to effectively deal with variable and dynamic environments
- Able to plan ahead for the needs and requirements of Chief Executives
- Understand how to host and support VIP guests
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling tasks with discretion and confidentiality
- Personable and respectful demeanor, with the capacity to engage effectively with colleagues across all positions
- Open and effective at establishing trust-based relationships
- Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills
