Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Trustpilot A/S. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Sales and Customer Success teams, working closely with our Enterprise segment to provide technical expertise, solutions architecture, and support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Enterprise unit to understand client requirements and objectives
- Liaise with clients to conduct technical discoveries and assess their needs
- Design and architect comprehensive solutions that address customer needs and align with their technical infrastructure
- Address technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by customers during meetings, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
- Plan and execute on validating our solutions fit and functionalities with the clients technical infrastructure
- Partner with the Enterprise unit to support executing on strategic deals
- Translate the proposed technical solutions into clear value propositions to customers
- Leverage technical expertise to support the Enterprise unit in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or a similar role
- Strong technical background with a fair understanding of software development and web technologies
- A command of HTML/CSS and skilled in Javascript, Python, or other scripting languages
- Comfortable learning new technology/systems quickly and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gaps between technical capabilities and customer requirements
- Good business acumen
- Adept at delivering best customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems and proactive in seeking opportunities to learn and improve existing ones
