Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with current and prospective customers to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the automotive and industrial markets.
  • Collaborate with our engineering, sales, and marketing teams to introduce new product offerings and meet customer needs.
  • Provide timely feedback and insights on market trends and changes.
  • Work closely with our Europe West Sales Director to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • BSEE or MSEE in Electronic Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of technical sales and customer management experience.
  • Native language proficiency, with English as a must.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer management, with a strong understanding of mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors.
  • Excellent team capabilities, with a dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to achieve goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
