Sales Account Manager

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our European team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our existing customer base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and feedback to management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial markets.
- BSEE or MSEE in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales and customer management experience with a proven track record.
- Native language and English (oral and written) are required.
- Strong sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
- Excellent team capabilities to operate synergistically within a global Allegro network of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing professionals.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (3-4 days a week).
