About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support and Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through email, phone, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class support to customers, addressing technical queries, general inquiries, and product-related questions.
  • Engage with B2B customers to onboard them with our product and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, driving investigations to resolve matters efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our Product teams to gather customer feedback, report bugs, and suggest UX improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and provide expert support to customers, helping them maximize its potential.

Requirements

  • 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support.
  • Proven experience in sales or success work.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and chat.
  • Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and the ability to investigate problems with apps.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.

  • 100% remote work arrangement.
  • Minimum 21 hours per week, with flexibility to work 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week.
