About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Dixa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and overall success of our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Success Planning: Create and implement success plans for customers, leveraging the Dixa platform and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
- Customer Health and Engagement: Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, identifying potential risks to retention and developing strategies to mitigate churn.
- Product Adoption and Upselling: Drive product adoption and usage among customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.
- Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback and share insights to inform product roadmap decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with Customer Success Tools: Familiarity with customer success tools and platforms, such as CRM and CSM software.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- International Travel: Ability to travel internationally when needed.
