The Customer Success Associate role is an exciting opportunity to drive customer success, oversee the customer lifecycle, and work closely with senior team members to maintain and build on effective customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals
  • Work closely with our Developers, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet customer expectations

We're looking for a Customer Success Associate who is ready to take a step into our Customer Success Team and help us roll out across the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other exciting markets.

Requirements
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer contact, either from a sales or customer service role
  • Nice to have: 1 year of B2B work experience within SAAS/software

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a fun and hard-working team that's passionate about modernising the tools for frontline employees and transforming their experience.
