Hospital Automation Network Solutions Expert

At Masimo Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Automation Network Solution Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for our customers in Denmark and occasionally in other regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in presales proof-of-concept activities to ensure seamless integration of our solutions.
- Implement service sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to install and test systems, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Conduct Biomed/IT training on Masimo systems to enhance customer knowledge and adoption.
- Work on multifaceted problems, applying creative thinking to complete projects and meet customer needs.
- Act as a principal technical customer contact, interfacing with all levels of company and customer staff and management.
- Function as an additional resource to the Tech Support team as needed for systems assistance.
- Three or more years of Enterprise network experience.
- Extensive knowledge of networking using TCP/IP protocol in an Enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IEEE 802.11 wireless standards.
- Experience with wireless site surveys and spectrum analysis.
- Excellent networked systems troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of VPN configurations and use.
- Established self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong 'hands-on' skills, with the ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities.
- Demonstrated technical writing ability with good organizational skills.
- Flexible and able to 'change gears' to accomplish goals.
- Fluent in English and Danish.
- Five or more years of Enterprise network experience.
- Experience with AirMagnet, Ekahau, or other site survey software.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of medical terms and concepts.
- Medical or biomedical experience.
Education: CCNA or equivalent is preferred. CWNA or equivalent is preferred.
