CPG Business Development Specialist

About the Role: As a CPG Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with leading consumer goods companies. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth through innovative collaborations and exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ad + Promo Sales: Work closely with our product development team to commercialize new features that create value for our joint customer bases.
- Joint Business Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our global ads operations team to develop win-win-win models that benefit both our partners and customers.
- Plan Execution: Ensure the successful execution of operational plans, from supply chain management to marketing campaign optimization.
- Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage industry-leading data analytics to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: A proven track record in global enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on creating incremental value for partners.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, with experience in the Ads sector being a significant plus.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Excellent ability to craft compelling presentations and deliver them effectively to senior executives.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to analyze complex datasets, develop actionable business recommendations, and present findings in clear, impactful formats.
- Attitude: An ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, with adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to driving growth and delivering results.
- Languages Proficiency: Fluent in English and Danish.
