Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dixa. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building a robust pipeline, and successfully explaining the value drivers of Dixa to set up meetings with qualified prospects.
Your Key Responsibilities- Outbound prospecting: identify and engage with prospects by phone, email, or on LinkedIn
- Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
- Successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
- Go-getter: you're a self-starter and nothing gets in the way between you and your targets. You knock down obstacles, stay focused, and learn from your mistakes.
- Curious: you're a lifelong learner and you're curious to understand the what, why, and how in most situations.
