Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Controller to join our ambitious Finance team at MFT Energy in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of global payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee wages.

Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy and global compliance. Manage payroll-related tasks such as bonus calculations, applying for reimbursements, and administration of benefits. Maintain and update the salary process, ensuring it is as automated as possible. Ensure payroll audit controls and formalized processes are in place.

Requirements: Relevant educational background. Proven experience working with global payroll procedures. Knowledge of best practice payroll procedures and tax regulations is required. Experience with Excel is a requirement, experience with Zenegy is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
