Your Mission:

We are looking for a sharp colleague for our sales team in Copenhagen. Focusing on selling memberships and growing sales teams, you will help ensure the growth that can achieve the position of Denmark's largest platform for development and education within the next 3 years.

Presidents Institute is one of the leading facilitators of executive development and educational programs in the Nordics, and our dream is to help all professionals realize their full potential by providing the right inspiration, knowledge, and network.

We are driven by our belief that education and development occur throughout life and are passionate about helping professionals overcome "the Experience Trap." Presidents Institute currently has 25 employees and over 1000 active executive members. We are active in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland with our headquarters located in the heart of Copenhagen.

Your Tasks:

Your primary task will be to excel at selling memberships to Presidents Institute, which entails:

  • Recruiting and leading one or more sales teams.
  • Reaching out and converting business leaders from Denmark's leading companies into members.
  • Closing sales over the phone, online, or through personal meetings.
  • Training sales consultants to become high performers by evaluating individual and team competencies, coaching, and conducting 1:1 dialogues.
  • Developing sales playbooks and building an academy for quick and effective onboarding of new employees.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite clients.
What we expect from you:
  • 2+ years of experience with outstanding performance in sales.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking Danish.
