Senior Solution Sales Executive - Finance and Spend

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The software market in the Nordics & Baltics is characterized by a very dynamic market and a highly innovative and competitive landscape. The growth of enterprise applications in the region is very strong, and digital transformation continues to be the main driver for change of current business models. Digitalization, Sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence are fueling fast growth of leading-edge and end-to-end integrated Procurement solutions.

This is why the Finance & Spend business area is important for our customers, SAP, and the whole society. Our team specializes in selling cloud-based software solutions to optimize Finance & Spend for our customers in the Nordic & Baltic countries. We are currently looking for a F&S Solution Sales Executive to join our team in Denmark.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Achievement of agreed (incremental) revenue & pipeline targets

• Forecast and regular status updates on pipeline

• Management of all opportunities and bids in F&S

• Account planning, deal acceleration, closing plan

• Pro-active collaboration with local Industry Sales teams

• Negotiating of complex contract constellations

• Pro-active contacts and collaboration with different business areas from our customers

• Foster value-based solution approach in cooperation with respective industry- and product specialists

• Develop and drive local go-to-market plans

• Work on demand management activities with regional and local marketing & business development

• Build, enable and manage the local partner landscape

• Best practice sharing on a regional as well as market unit level

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Required skills:

• Bachelor or Master´s degree or higher in business, management, information systems, or Procurement or similar

• Strong sales attitude (from building pipe to closing the deal)

• Good understanding of the fundamental processes in supply chain and logistics

• Very confident manner in dealing with people on all company levels

• Strong networking skills with customers and their buying centers

• Excellent communication and presentation skills on executive level

• Excellent organizational, business strategy planning and program management skills

• Fluency in English and Danish

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Strong Background and track record in either Account Management, Industry sales, Solution sales and/or Project Sales.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in similar sales roles

• Developing and executing business plans and programs

• Cross-industry experience in Industry processes is very favorable
