Ambitious and results-driven International Sales Manager sought to drive growth and expansion in the global pharmaceutical market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, driving sales through distributors, and managing multiple sales channels.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a solid background in international sales, preferably from the Pharma or life science industry. You should have experience working with distributors and customers internationally, as well as a proven track record of achieving ambitious targets and expanding sales markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a flat organizational structure. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance distributor sales and identify market opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving and growing markets under your responsibility, with a focus on increasing volume and gross margin.
  • Establishing sales volume and market share KPIs for existing products with distributors.
  • Continuously evaluating distributors and selecting the most suitable partner(s) for each market.
  • Collaborating with local distributors to develop strategic sales plans and monitor product sales.
  • Overseeing and maintaining distributor pricing platforms and optimizing pricing and profitability.
  • Ensuring optimal distributor contract frameworks and renegotiating existing contracts.
  • Aligning distributor forecasts with production planning for maximum efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance and a comprehensive pension plan.
