Enterprise Sales Leader for Global Expansion

We are a high-growth startup revolutionizing the energy sector with our API platform providing real-time and predictive electricity signals. Our mission is to empower companies to reduce their costs and emissions by optimizing their energy consumption.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving global expansion and customer acquisition. You will work closely with our leadership team to refine sales strategies, close high-value deals, and shape our product strategy.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- A proven track record of selling large enterprise deals (€100k-€1M) with a strong focus on building relationships and solving customer problems.
- An ability to travel globally and work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our sales playbook and help build a stellar team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.

Interview Process:
The interview process typically starts with a short intro talk to discuss cultural fit and answer any initial questions. This will be followed by interviews focusing on technical requirements, team fit, and cultural fit. Other assessments may also be part of the process.
