Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with enterprise pharma companies and other regulated product developers, presenting PROBE's solutions and negotiating contracts.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Lead and mentor new sales team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, providing insights into market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of marketing strategies and principles.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of clinical trials, preferably patient recruitment, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, advanced degree preferred.
