Sales Manager Opportunity at Vestergaard Marine Service A/S

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Frederikshavn. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for strengthening and developing existing customer relationships, as well as supporting our external sales team through close collaboration and sparring.

With a strong ability to build trust and strong relationships through active listening and understanding of customers' needs, you will thrive in this role. Your technical background in the maritime industry is an advantage, but most important is your ability to collaborate and create value through relationships.

You will work closely with our external sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals. You will also be responsible for preparing offers and quotations, conducting market/customer research, and generating additional sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience working with customers at different organizational levels and thrives in international markets where cultural understanding and a global outlook are essential. You should be able to achieve results and be passionate about sales, with solid English skills, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:
