Technical Salesforce Specialist

In this key role, you'll be responsible for driving process improvements and optimising our Salesforce operations. As a seasoned CRM administrator, you'll maintain the integrity of our CRM data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop workflows to boost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to customise Salesforce and meet business needs.
- Develop and implement workflows to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM administrator in the Salesforce environment.
- Minimum certification requirements: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Additional certifications beneficial, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Certification.
- Proficient in creating user-friendly CRM training materials and conducting training sessions.
